Ingredients
2 c butter (softened)
2 c sugar
1 16 oz can pumpkin
2 eggs
4 c flour
1 T pumpkin pie spice
1 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1 bag white chocolate chips
Frosting
1 can cream cheese frosting
1/4c brown sugar
Heat oven to 375. Stir together flour, baking soda, baking powder and pumpkin pie spice, set aside. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add pumpkin & eggs beat until smooth. Slowly add the flour mixture to the bowl. Beat medium speed until blended. Stir in chips. Drop cookies by tablespoons on to a greased cookie sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
OMG how does so much deliciousness exist in one cookie!? Can it be possible?! I must make this asap, my roommate is going to think I'm crazy :P thanks for sharing the recipe!
